I always thought of myself as a journal/ creative writing kind of guy. Writing to me is personal but since this blogging stuff seems to be the new thing I figured I would try it before I knock it. I guess it really is not new but rather I am catching up.
As many of you know we went without the internet at our house since last December and have found the light again. Two things I learned. Technology is much more a part of my life than I had thought and I rely on it. Secondly, it makes me feel confined because it is so easy to spend/waste time with it.
Take my technology challenge: try to go just one week without using the internet or watching tv. Never mind that, what real man could not watch football!
Well this weekend we were invited down to take a cruise on a 3 million dollar yacht. It is for sale for anyone interested?! Matter of fact, there were a lot of yachts down at the yacht club for sale. . . hmmm wonder why. It was cool and we got to hang with our nephews and niece. Reclining on the front bow, keeping Shell warm and checking out the SD skyline at night was a clutch moment!
